- What are our lead times?
- Our average lead time is 15-30 days (please check our Exchanges section or call our Customer Service Representative regarding parts already in stock).
- How long will it take to receive a quote?
- It takes 1 to 3 business days to receive a quote.
- What is the cost for an inspection and quote?
- We perform tear-down inspections at no cost. We do charge for specialty inspections, i.e. airflow.
- Who is in charge of Customer Service?
- Tara Slone is available to assist you from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 513-367-9452.
- Who is the Sales contact?
- Allan Slattery is President and is in charge of Sales.
- Do we charge to expedite?
- On some projects, there is no charge to expedite, however Rush Charges are applied on a project-by-project basis. Please call for specific pricing.
- How do we ship?
- Parts are returned as specified by the customer. We use all major carriers.
